Oil thieves cause explosion in Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

Oil thieves cut open a petroleum product distribution pipeline along Lagos-Ibadan expressway causing a huge explosion in Akute in Ogun state.

National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) officials said the fires which started yesterday has been brought under control.
