Boy to die by hanging after losing murder case in kano!

Anwar Surah has benn sentenced to death by hanging by a Kano High
Court presided over by Justice Nura Sagir.
The judgement which was delivered at the Audu Bako secretariat,
Justice Nura said said he delivered the judgement under 221 of the
penal code and he was convinced beyond reasonable doubt based on the
evidence provided which is the knife Anwar used to stabbed to death
one Muhammad Abubakar in 2010 and six witnesses. Counsel to the plaintiff, Barrister Bashir Hassan told Journalists
that Anwar stabbed Abubakar on his chest and head which resulted to
his death in November 2010.
The counsel to Anwar, Barrister Zaharaddeen M Bello asked the court to
temper justice with mercy as his client has never committed any crime
in the past and is a first time offender.
