6 ways to handle her premenstrual syndrome(PMS) and her mood swing

premenstrual symptoms
Hello men its not easy to be a woman,in short its not easy to bleed for 5 days every single month! And the only time the women have a break there is another creation forming in you womb!that comes with extra syndromes! So please learn to be patient and enduring! This syndrome is basically a group of
symptoms linked to a woman's menstrual cycle. It occurs a week or
two prior to the monthly cycle. Symptoms such as headache, cramps and mood swings are the most common ones.
Ways to handle it:
1. Emotional support

The days of PMS are nothing short of an ordeal for her. Women may
have to bear stomach cramps, headache, restlessness, soreness and
other health problems. Well, we agree that not all women experience
these problems. But, if your girl does, the least you can do is to
support her emotionally. Try to understand what she is going through
(or at least give an impression that you do understand). Whether you
do something or not to ease her pain, understanding the trauma will
make her feel good.
2. Be there for her
These days are like an emotional roller coaster ride for her, and you
too can feel the jerks of it. She may suddenly opt out of a
pre-planned lunch date or would not want to go out of the house.
Instead of getting angry, understand her situation. Try your best to
make her feel happy. And, if something still goes wrong despite your
best efforts, do not let your 'male ego' stop you from
apologising. Also, gifting chocolates, cards and flowers will surely
help to lighten up her mood.
3. Do not pester her
Women get irritated easily during these days. They might behave badly
or argue with you over petty issues. So, do not lose your temper; this
reaction is quite natural. If she does not feel like talking about her
mood swings, leave her alone for some time. Let her take her own time
to get normal. Constantly questioning about her mood might just rub
her the wrong way. So, be careful!
4. Pamper her
Well, the easiest way of dealing with your spouse's mood swings is to
pamper her. A tight hug, a little peck on her cheeks and a relaxing
back massage are the best ways to keep her relaxed and happy. Also,
surprise her by ordering food from her favourite restaurant. These
little gestures will surely pep up her mood.
5. Keep her busy
Well, the best way to deal with her mood swings is to keep her
engaged. Involve her in activities which she likes. Take her out for
movies or invite her friends. Your entire focus should be on diverting
her attention from psychological and physical pain she is going
through.
6. What not to do
Do not attribute her each tantrum to her periods; girls do not like
to be reminded time and again about it.
Make sure you do not make her feel that you are bearing her during
her periods. Constantly reminding her of your generosity and care is
worse than not doing anything for her.
It is just a matter of few days. So, be a gentleman and show your
woman that she means the world to you, especially during those days.
